Glen A. Lau, MD

Dr. Lau is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Urology at the University of Utah. He is a board eligible pediatric urologist and his practice is dedicated to the care of children with all forms of urologic dissease. Dr. Lau has developed specific interests in pediatric endourology and laparoscopy, hypospadias, management of patients with neurogenic bladder, and reconstructive urologic surgery. He is a member of the Surgical Quality and Safety Committee at Primary Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Lau is a native of Troy, Michigan. He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and then earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine. His general surgery training and urology residency were completed at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Following residency, Dr. Lau completed a fellowship in pediatric urology at The University of Utah/Primary Children’s Hospital, where he stayed as faculty.
