Refunds

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 1 month before the conference ensure a full refund. This gives us the opportunity to fill the seats. You may cancel by phone or via email to summit@mlrehab.com. If you must cancel less than a month before the conference begins, your refund will come in way of credit towards a future conference.
